Clear Waters Financial Network is a fee-only financial planning firm. We provide financial planning and investment management on an hourly basis or percent of assets. We do not accept any commissions and do not have a minimum amount for assets under management. Clear Waters Financial Network donates a portion of our profits to local non-profits that strive to create a sustainable environment and future for Western Colorado.

Donna is a Certified Financial Planner (TM) professional with 10 years of experience as a financial advisor and investment manager. As a CFP®, Donna is fiduciary and is obligated and committed to operate in her clients' best interest. Donna is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (TM) professional and helps clients navigate the financial aspects of divorce. Prior to being a financial advisor Donna conducted risk analysis for a major corporation. Donna firmly believes in the importance of a personalized financial plan focusing on your goals and created in the context of your risk profile. With a destination in mind, your financial GPS can get you on the right path, allow you to re-adjust when necessary, and get to your personal destination.
No two paths are the same. Donna is committed to working with her clients to map out their personal path and and reach their goals and destination.
Steve is an Environmental Analytical Chemist and is passionate about helping to maintain a sustainable environment and future for Western Colorado. Steve spends much of his free time hiking, skiing, fishing, and biking in Western Colorado. He will serve as Clear Waters Financial Planning LLCs liason to local non-profits to help identify how the firm can contribute a portion of its profits to local groups to make a difference for Western Colorado.
